Best part of my vacation!

April 6, 2017

This was my first trip to Hawaii. My friend was rewarded with this trip for being a top producer and took me along. Wow what a beautiful resort and overall place to visit. We stayed in a great resort, went to a neat little town called Lahaina, but the most spectacular part of our trip was the helicopter ride with Air Maui! Troy, the pilot, made the flight most enjoyable with his mix of music picked to go along with the spectacular scenery of the island. We went from the airport up and over Haleakalā Crater and then down to Hana. What a neat experience to go up and over the crater and then drop down into the rain forest. I would highly recommend this flight!

Maui from Above

April 6, 2017

We took the one hour all island tour of Maui. It was spectacular. Not only is the island incredibly beautiful the pilot was very knowledgeable and gave a lot of insight into the topography, history, local sights, restaurants etc. It was safe, beautiful and worth every bit of the tour cost.

This was absolutely one of the best experiences of our lives! The pilot was wonderful and made sure that we say many different sides of Maui! It was wonderful to be able see Maui from an angle that you can't see on land!

A big Mahalo to everyone at Air Maui for the most amazing experience! Ritchie was informative, funny, and truly made our trip. It was wonderful to learn new information about the islands. We got to see whales breaching, water falls, the gorgeous views of the reef, and rain forest. This is a wonderful way to see Maui and Molokai!

Amazing views

April 1, 2017

This flight with Captain Kirk far exceeded our expectations. We did Molokai, which was steep, lush, and beautiful. Went along north and west coasts with steep cliffs, up into the volcano crater covered with dense rainforest, then to the reef on the south side of Molokai and saw about a dozen manta rays. Also had views of the northwest and west coasts of Maui. We did it prior to our evening departure flight and it was fun to tie together the different things we saw on land and sea around Maui. They do a good job of turning the helicopter to ensure everyone sees, but try to be in front or left side if possible.

We went on our first helicopter tour while on vacation this week and we had a great time. Our pilot, Troy, and EVERYONE was very nice and very professional. We HIGHLY recommend Air Maui to everyone of all ages!

ONLY way to see the island!

March 25, 2017

We have been to Maui a number of times but have never done a helicopter tour. Hands down it is the best way to experience the island. We did the Hana/Haleakala tour with Troy in the early morning. Absolutely breathtaking! The beauty was stunning. Troy was very knowledgeable and made the trip very fun. Thank you!

Expensive but a view you will otherwise never see!

We took an early helicopter flight that we booked through Adrenaline Tours with Air Maui. The total number of passengers were six, we had the 4 seats in the back. The experience was great, we had a fantastic pilot Jessie and whilst listening to music he talked to us about the various sights he flew to and showed us. We did the West Maui and Molokai flight of 45 minutes duration. It was stunning. We had clear skies (this makes a huge difference, so please check the weather forecast!) we saw whales on our way swimming in the ocean below us, we hovered next to a 1000 ft waterfall, we saw Jurassic Park like scenes etc. and scenery you would otherwise never be able to get to on foot. It is expensive and we passed on zip lining to make this happen, but at the end of the day it was well worth it and we will remember this adventure for many years to come. After landing we purchased a video ($30) of us showing our whole trip with different camera angles including Jessie the pilot's comments to remind us at a later date how special this was.
