Air Maui Helicopter Tour to Moloka'i

May 12, 2015

I recommend this company. Our pilot, Mike, was very pleasant, humorous and knowledgeable about the history, geology, and cultural geography of Molokai'i and NW Maui. It was an exhilarating 45 minute tour.

Amazing views could not have seen unless via helicopter. So happy we went. Clear views of Haleakala Crater and the waterfalls were beautiful! Simply amazing best part of our trip!!!

West Maui / Molokai

May 5, 2015

My boyfriend and I had an excellent experience. I have lived in West Maui for 12 years and it was awesome to see the island from a different perspective!! Molokai is so massive from up above and the sea cliffs were amazing. We saw a herd of goats climbing the side of a cliff which was so funny. On the way back we saw one of the last whales to leave Maui on their way home to Alaska. The staff was very knowledgeable and full of Aloha. Mahalo for the great trip!

Awesome trip!

The trip was amazing and even more fun than I thought it would be. We flew over Molokai instead of the complete Island package because of the weather and I think it was an even better trip than flying over Haleakala. The pilot was excellent and knowledgeable. The chopper was comfy and I could see well, even from the back seat. I would go again!

expensive, but worth every penny you will spend

Yes... It was the most expensive hour I've ever spent on vacation... But I would do it all over without hesitation. They are welcoming and professional. Put us at ease, and made memories of a lifetime.

Spectacular, romantic flight & sunset dinner

May 5, 2015

We had the most beautiful evening. Our pilot, Troy, gave us a wonderful tour of the island, cliffs, Road to Hana, circling in for a breathtaking views of huge waterfalls, right over Haleakala volcano. We then touched down on a mountain for a gorgeous, delicious sunset dinner with a view of Molokini. It was our 25th wedding anniversary so very special. It was sweet to share the experience with two other couples, one newlywed and the other celebrating their 10th. After dinner, we lifted off to U2 "Where the Streets Have No Name" playing in our headphones. Troy couldn't have known but on our first "blind date" 28 years ago, at the ages of 18, my hubby asked me to the U2 concert a month later. The first song they played was WSHNN and so this, along with the glorious sunset, was just a perfect, meaningful moment for us. We would highly recommend this adventure, seeing Maui up close and from the air was breathtakingly beautiful! We loved the picture of us and can't wait to get the video of our flight!

A must do for anyone visiting Maui. It was my first time in a helicopter - it, was amazing, the scenery was breathtaking! Our pilot, Dylan, was fantastic, took us up close to many waterfalls and provided us with a wealth of information about the island. Don't forget to buy the video; I've enjoyed reliving my flight over and over again!

Simply Incredible

May 4, 2015

On our first trip to Maui I couldn't persuade my wife to take a helicopter ride. On our second trip we came with our two sons and daughter in-law to celebrate my 65th birthday. This time everyone was up for a ride. We took the 45 minute west Maui / Molokai flight with Dylan as our pilot. What an experience. I'd seen videos before but nothing could prepare us for what we experienced. Flying up the narrow valleys, hovering seemingly only a few feet from crashing waterfalls across the mountains then over the straight to Molokai for an up close view of the valleys and 3,000 foot sea cliffs. Dylan is a great pilot who clearly loves flying. Lots of information provided and when he wasn't talking we listened to dramatic music on our headphones to complement the dramatic scenery below. For me it was the highlight of what was a great family vacation. We even have a video of our flight. Air Maui, you rock. Not for those with a fear of heights.
